Building on the success of the Gold Standards Framework Central Team we shall work collaboratively, both within and outside the National Health Service, with clinical generalists, third sector organizations, care professionals, unpaid carers, expert professional advisors and others to achieve sustainable improvements in End of Life care.

We shall maintain the highest standards and achieve sustainable improvements by filling gaps, enhancing communication, breaking down barriers and developing and sharing accessible tools and materials.

We shall build a comprehensive body of skills, knowledge and experience to inform national and international policy.

Our efforts will result in more people living well until they die.
