February 27th 2012 - Time for a cuppa day (non-Omega event)
Have a cuppa for charity… People across the city are inviting friends and the community to join them for a cuppa to raise money for Dementia UK. Wolverhampton City Council's Neighbourhood support Service is supporting Dementia UK to raise awareness of dementia and the support it provides to carers.

Time for a Cuppa day is an annual event and will be held on 27 February. Groups are invited to have their tea party on or around that date. All donations will help improve the support provided by the charity. The NSS provides support to people over 50 including those with dementia and disabilities to help them maintain independent living. Time for a Cuppa events are open to the public. Events will be held at Warstones Community Resource Centre, Hayling grove, Harrowby Court and Graiseley Court. To find out about more details about where you can have a cuppa for charity contact Ian Peddie on 01902 556701.
